Rahul Sharma is an enterprise-scale business and transformation leader with 16+ years of experience across New Energy, renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure and complex capital-intensive programs. He currently serves as Sr. General Manager – New Energy at Reliance Industries Limited, providing strategic and execution leadership across a ~USD 10 billion New Energy investment portfolio, including ~USD 7.2 billion of CAPEX and procurement spend executed to date.

His experience spans the full project and business lifecycle — from strategy, project development, feasibility and portfolio planning through engineering, procurement, commercial management, construction, commissioning and operational readiness. He leads a diversified portfolio encompassing Solar, Wind, BESS, Green Hydrogen, Fuel Cell, PV manufacturing and Data Centre infrastructure.

Strategic and operational leadership across a diversified portfolio of New Energy, manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure initiatives — Solar, Wind, BESS, Fuel Cell, Green Hydrogen, PV manufacturing and Data Centre projects.
